Art Therapy
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses art as the main mode of communication and expression. Art can hold so many emotions like we do. It has the ability to hold nuance and secrets. It has the ability to reflect the truth of how we feel without needing to find the right words. The paint, pencils, and clay help create a physical representation of one's inner world when it's easy to get lost in thoughts.

Therapy Process
Consultation
This free 30 minute session is about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you want to get out of it and any questions you may have. It will also give us a chance to see if we're a good fit to work together.
Session plan
During this time, we'll begin to shape a plan that feels right for you. We will work together to determine how often sessions should be, what pace feels comfortable and areas you'd like to focus on.
Begin sessions
Once we've set a plan, we'll begin sessions. With various art materials, we will work together to explore, reflect, and move towards changes or insights you're looking for all the while maintaining a pace you're comfortable with.
