Sometimes, words alone aren't enough to express what we're feeling. Art psychotherapy offers a different way to explore emotions, understand experiences, and discover new perspectives. Grace Burchell, MSc, an HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist and BAAT Member is based in Edinburgh and practices both person-centered and trauma informed approaches to psychotherapy.
Grace offers her client's a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space to safely navigate adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, identity, relationships, and emotional challenges. Through a combination of creative expression and therapeutic conversation, clients can explore their inner world at thier own pace. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to be open to the art psychotherapy experience. Grace is available for in-person and video appointments in Edinburgh, and offers a free 15-introductory call for prospective clients.
Creating space for self-discovery, intimacy, and connection ...

Art is not always about pretty things. It's about who we are,
what happened to us, and how are lives are affected.
